    If you have not been able to find your answer using the Student Digital Help Centre, you can submit a Help Desk ticket below and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

    • The Help Desk is monitored (7) days a week between 9am-6.30pm (Adelaide time). Any queries after that will be replied to the following morning.

      If you are unable to see a response from us within 24 hrs, please check your email's spam/junk folder as our reply may have filtered there.
