I have spent a lifetime learning and although I have completed my Master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy I have discovered in order to really make a difference in a client’s life I need to commit to a process of lifelong learning. I am a firm believer in the power of the relationship that unfolds in a therapeutic setting and the enormous privilege that I am given to walk alongside an individual/ couple or family as they navigate the next step.

Another passion is to empower individuals to be the best version of themselves and we achieve this through ongoing learning, self reflection and education. I am excited to begin this journey with you and hope that together we can impact the world by drawing alongside people and be trusted with their deepest fears, insecurities and secrets so they can indeed experience true freedom.
