Hi, my name is Mike Bartholomaeus. I studied my Bachelor and Masters in Theology at Tabor Adelaide. I greatly enjoyed my time there and have continued to study theology at a doctoral level at the University of Otago on the chilly south island of New Zealand. My PhD focused on Karl Barth's doctrine of sanctification.

Hi, my name is Nathan Polley. I have had a wide variety of leadership, coaching and consulting experience across large and small businesses in five different countries (Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Egypt and Cambodia) in training and development and secondary, vocational and tertiary education. I also hold a variety of qualifications including a doctorate, MBA, Graduate Certificate in Ministry, Bachelor of Business, Diploma in Adult and Tertiary Education and a Diploma in Coaching (plus a bunch of other diplomas and certificates). I currently live in Cambodia where I consult in various education, development and ministry roles and contexts. In my free time, I love cycling and exploring South-East Asia with my family!

Dr. Glenn Varona is a man of strong Christian convictions and more than 30 years of academic and professional experience in Leadership, Management, Research, and Tertiary Education. A social scientist by training, he began his academic career in 1992 as a lecturer in Political Science at the University of San Carlos in the Philippines. He went on to work at other institutions both in Australia and overseas, including at Flinders University, ADA University (Baku, Azerbaijan), Carnegie Mellon University (Adelaide), and most recently at Torrens University Australia. He has also designed and developed a police academy in the Federated States of Micronesia. He completed his PhD and MPA at Flinders University. Beyond these professional and academic credentials, he considers his Christian faith as the most important part of his life and work. This faith has led him to church planting and to support ministries in different churches in the Philippines and Australia, which he continues to do to the present day. He believes that every Christian is called to leadership, and he considers it his lifelong goal to help Christian believers become the leaders that they are called to be in Christ. He is married to Rayvi Varona and they have three young men as sons, whom they are hoping and training to become servants of Christ and His kingdom.
