Olivia Kearney is the Head of Postgraduate Counselling at Tabor and brings a strong integration of academic leadership and industry expertise. She continues to work in the field as a practising counsellor, consultant, and clinical supervisor. Olivia also serves on the PACFA Professional Standards Committee, which provides strategic oversight of all activities relating to PACFA’s Training Standards and the National Register. Her involvement ensures she remains at the forefront of best practice in counselling education and professional development. Olivia is passionate about equipping students to become ethical, reflective, and skilled practitioners who are ready to meet the needs of diverse communities.

Stephanie Reedman
Stephanie Reedman

Steph Reedman is a specialised child and adolescent counsellor with qualifications and experience across diverse settings, including education, ministry, and private practice. She has a particular interest in developmental trauma and adopts neuroaffirming, strengths-based approaches in her work with young people. Steph values collaborative practice and works alongside families and professionals to support holistic outcomes. She is actively involved in community initiatives, particularly within the foster care space, and is passionate about supporting individuals in finding pathways toward healing and wholeness. As an Adjunct Lecturer at Tabor, Steph is committed to supporting students to integrate theory with clinical practice.
