    What is an Access Plan?

An Access Plan is a document that outlines the reasonable adjustments recommended for a student with a disability, learning difficulties, physical or mental health condition to support that student in their studies and assessments.

A medical certificate showing the diagnosis the student is living with must be shown to the Student Success and Support Coach (SSSC). The SSSC, together with the student, will create an Access Plan that best suits them for their studies. The duration will vary depending on a number of factors. It is the student's responsibility to forward the Access Plan to their teaching staff each semester so the adjustments can be taken into account for each unit.

Who can receive an Access Plan?

You’re eligible for assistance if you have a disability, learning difficulties, physical or mental health condition that is diagnosed by a doctor or other qualified health service provider, and it affects your studies.
