• VIA Character Strengths Survey

    Character Strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact how you think, feel and behave. Scientists have identified 24 character strengths that you have the capacity to express. The VIA survey is a free scientific survey that allows you to discover your unique character strengths profile.

    Clicking on the 'START' button below will take you to an external site     offering a free character strengths assessment.  Please note that, in order be able to complete this assessment, you will need to provide an email address and register an account.

    Once you have completed the test, you will be taken to a result page. If you scroll down on this page, there will be a button that says ‘Download’ under the word ‘Free’ that lets you download a copy of the PDF version of your VIA Character Strengths Profile. This is what you will need to save and bring to the workshop sessions.
