Sheila Clarke
I am an experienced Counsellor through many years working in Community Service and previous experience working within the school system. The caring professions bring many challenges but rich rewards. It is crucial to look after self as we look after others. I am privileged to share with those who are preparing to enter such professions. I bring wide ranging experience from many years of counselling young people through the ups and downs of adolescence, and from assisting families to more functional relationship. Well-being, resilience, self-awareness and self-care; these are the pillars of successful work/life balance and success, and I look forward to our learning together over the coming semester.
